We're on E4's Dirty Digest! 17.11.11

Now and again AngryBritain has an odd day. 'Hello, is that AngryBritain' 'Yes it is' 'Great, we'd like you to come on television and do your thing' 'Crikey'. Yesterday was just such a day, so if you've got nothing better to do tonight tune in to E4 at 11:05pm for the Dirty Digest where you'll see us looking scared and stupid in front of a live studio audience. Enjoy! We did.

So much going on! 31.10.11

It's pretty non-stop here at AngryBritain.com at the moment. Twitter followers continue to rise, now at over 19,000. It's #XFactor season so we're tweeting live throughout the show every Saturday night, and pinching the Sunday Mirror XFactor Poll, where you can be the judge.

Out tweets have been featured recently in The Metro, The Sunday Mirror and on Yahoo UK! which is excellent, and we're very grateful for that to all those journos who are following us on Twitter and giving us their support. If you spot one of our tweets in the wild, do drop me an email or tweet to let me know so we can thank the publication concerned.

Coming up we're being featured in photographer Chris Floyd's #100fortycharacter exhibition at Host, 1 Honduras St, London, EC1Y 0TH from the 3rd November onwards, so if you're in the area, do go take a look and you'll see what we look like.

Other things going on will see me putting the fear of God up some leading northern PR people at the #PRCA event at the Imperial War Museum North on the 14th November having been very kindly asked by Sandy Lindsay of Tangerine PR to speak on their hot topic of 'Has the PR industry lost control?'. I don't do public speaking, so am marginally terrified, but I'm sure it'll be fun!

I'm also writing a book so if you're a publisher looking for new writers with audience already, I'd love to hear from you.

Other things going on too that I can't talk about, so let's stop there.

Thank you for your continued support, it's why AngryBritain is the success it is.

AngryBritain versus Kwik Fit ! 7.2.11

Regular readers will know that we've recently had a run-in with Kwik Fit. Well, when you're a big business, if you hop on over to our Beef! page you'll see what happens when you don't play ball. AngryBritain isn't scared of you and we've got friends in very high places. In fact, we could be there now. You have been warned!

And a big thank you to Leah Milner and the team at The Times Money for their help in exposing the shocking tactics used by Kwik Fit, not just against AngryBritain, but to other unsuspecting victims across Britain. The lesson here, shop around and bargain hard.

AngryFund - 1.1.11

Donate to us and help others. As 2011 is going to be a big year for AngryBritain.com, we want to make the most of it and try to really make a difference. Pontificating is all very well but it's real-action that counts. To the right of this post ==> you'll see a new 'Donate' button. 50% of anything donated is going straight to good causes throughout the UK. This is a brand new idea and we want to make sure it is run properly, fairly and most importantly legally. We want your suggestions for worthy causes. We'll post every donation made here in the news pages, and keep a running total so you can see how much is going to be helping others.

If you are involved in Fund rasing or a Charity, or want to be a part of what's now going to be known as the AngryFund, please email me at angryman@angrybritain.com - We need as much help as possible with this project! Thank you.
